Prove It's Poetry Project

Students will be working on a poetry project over the weekend and throughout next week. Students will choose a song that they will prove is poetry by identifying and explaining examples of poetic elements found in the song. The project is worth 100 points total. The project will be graded in two parts: the poetry poster and the presentation. Every student has a copy of the directions and grading rubrics for the project.
