Our seventh grade AVID class spent Monday volunteering in the long term care wing at the Syracuse VA Hospital. Students participated in a drum circle with the residents and then helped residents create ornaments and decorations for the upcoming holiday season. Overall, the students had a great time while helping those who fought for our country.
