Figurative Language Quiz Update

Due to the snow day, the Figurative Language quiz has been changed to tomorrow, 2/4/11. Students will need to:

• define figurative language
• define simile, metaphor, personification, hyperbole
• create original examples of simile, metaphor, personification, and hyperbole
• find examples of simile, metaphor, personification, and hyperbole in texts such as poetry
  
• explain examples of simile, metaphor, personification, and hyperbole
