Although I would like to think that my students are home reading books and helping their families, I know that many students like to watch tv or play on the computer. I do believe that tv can be useful if you watch shows that help you learn about something new. I like to watch shows on the history channel, the travel channel, and the like. Here's one of my favorite shows. The show investigates local myths from all around the world. Take a look at an episode set in the West African country of The Gambia.
