Our groups version of the "Prince and the Pauper" is special because it is about a boy that went to Atlanta,Georgia from India India India..They switch spots for about a fortnight and they do not like each others lives and appreciate their life better.

what made the prince and the pauper special is the setting because where the story took place was a fancy castle so it made good for the reader to read and learn.

Our drama project has taught me that working with others is good because you can learn new things and Ideas when working with eachother and when we have more group members we can get to know other good ideas that each one of us have and we can use it to make a good drama project---- ronasia davis

me and mu groups version of the prince and the pauper is the best beacuse my groups mplay is a common problem in our socity today.
its about a geeky kid u wants to popular and him and a popular kid switch roles. but the "look alike"
so no one knows except them. but the geeky kid founds out that is life is better with the "geeky friends" than with the popular kids.

My group's version of the "Prince and the Pauper" is the best in my class because we put a lot of time in it. Our version is about a jock named Chris and a nerd named Willis. The two traded places and lived each others lives. The two are completly different people and became best friends by the end of the play. The jocks didn't terrorize the nerds anymore.

Our version of The Prince and the Pauper is the best because its about two boys. They come from different worlds and are in different social groups in school. They switch up places for one day to see how each others lives differ. The jock sees what its like to be a nerd, and the nerd sees what its like to be popular. Soon enough they realize that they like the way their lives are better then the other.

To ensure my groups success in the play I helped write the original script. I made sure everybody was at least on task.

I contributed a lot to my group. I typed our script and saved it to my flash drive. I came up with some of the characters in my group's play. Plus I wrote the lines to my character.

I think that our version is the best because it's about a nerd and a popular person who switch places because the nerd wants to be popular. People can relate to this because there are usually nerds and popular people in school.

Our project has taught me that it takes a lot of work to create and organize a play and that every body has to contribute to make it the best

The modernized version of "The Prince and The Pauper" is better because teens can relate to these situations. If you do plays that are based on what students face today then it will be better for the kids and society which the students grow up in.The modernized version is good for me.

Lanaya Maddox said...

I think that the version that we are doing in class is better because the students can act it out better. And students can express there feelings during these plays. This version is better for me because I feel like sometimes I wanna change places with another person.

The drama project taught me not to change someone place. Not to act like someone else does.

The drama project has tauqht me a lot about creatinq and performinq poetry. One thinq I learned is that sometimes it may be hard to work with certain qroup members but it's important to make it work and try. I also learned that it's important to listen to your qroup members and work all the problems out toqather, and I also learned that it's important that everyone performinq is satisfied by the play .!!

Our modernized version of "The Prince and the Pauper" is the best version because the entire audience will be able to relate to the characters, the conflicts, and the plot. Our version takes place in present day H.W. Smith Middle School. All of the members of the group are playing characters that are either similar to themselves, or are exactly themselves. There is a jock, and there is a nerd, there is peer pressure and and there are friendships, basically all of the things that go on here at H.W take place in our play. That is why our version of "The Prince and the Pauper" is the best version.

our groups story that we did about the prince and the pauper was called the bum and the basketball player and it's important because it's like people can become homeless and them become famous and rich

It has taught me a lot because it shows me that you can be creat a lot of different thing. You can be what ever you went to be in a play.It is alot of fun after you get into it for all the people that did't like it at first.

(2)I contributed to the group by putting together a power point for our scenery, with the help of Ms. Short. I also wrote the script and brought in some of the props our group needed.

Describe what our drama project has taught you about creating and/or performing a play?

This project not only has taught me to creat an organized play but also the importance of working togather. If we did not listen to eachother and share ideas with one another our play wouldn't have been all that great. It also taught me that sometimes things aren't going to go as you have been planning and thats when you have to just take a step back and just go with the flow.

me and my group needed to get some costume parts for our play so i had to get glasses for myself so i could present.some people got dressed in our group for there character so the rest of the class would know what the play is about. -mujo kaljevic

im anwsering question 2. i made sure our group had costumes. i wrote down down what the students in my group are going to wear as costumes for our play.

Aseel Alnassiry said...

to ensure our groups success i did hard work.I wrote a new script.I also directed the play

The contribution that I made to make out group successful is write the script. The script was five pages long and included at least five characters in it. If I would not have done the script then our group would have defiantly fail the project.

Our version is the best because it is about two girls one is a popular brat and the other is a geek, they both switch lives and see how the other person lives. The props and the way we acted our parts made it special. These things made it so that you can actually experience the scene(s). This play in this drama project taught me that even though you may want to be someone, but if you think about it would really want to be someone else?

Preparing this play has taught me how to work with expected dates also how to work quickly but still stay organized. In my group not everyone spoke english very well, so that also taught me how to have the patience to deal with those who could'nt speak as fluent as others could. Finally, it taught me how improvise and how to use comedy and real life scenarios into the play without making it unappropriate.

I made many contributions to ensure my groups success. One of the things I did is I created the props. I also contributed the idea of involving Hitler. Another thing I helped out with is I helped group members who needed help with their parts as in costumes, accents, etc.

I think our play is the best because my group created the entire thing without any help. Our play was special because we all worked together and used the same them as the original story.

I contributed to my group's success by staying focused and keeping my group focused. I never took a break and tried to keep the play simple to help the ESL students in my group.

I learned how a play is supposed to be ran. I also learned how to act in a play. I also learned that when working in a group, I couldn't act a fool or I would earn a zero.
